Our techs are trained to find safe, effective solutions for a variety of situations. Unlike some companies, they are not simply given a truck and a bunch of chemicals.
Some companies will give you a truck, a bunch of chemicals, and tell you 'Good Luck'.
Each tech must know animal biology and behavior, the basics of chemistry, and correct product applications. However, it’s unrealistic to think a single person could know everything about pest control. When troubleshooting help is needed, each technician can immediately video call the owner or service manager via their iPad. We do not encourage our technicians to guess. Proper education and protocol work best.
